The Blickling Park Trail in Norfolk caught my eye this week, it is a circular walk of about 2.5 miles taking you around the ground of Blickling Hall. Blickling is a National Trust property consisting of a grand hall and extensive parklands. The parklands date back to the 12th century as a deer park and the present hall to the early 17th century, check out the National Trust Website for more info. The trail paths are mostly well established but some can be muddy and there are often sheep and cattle grazing in the park.
For those feeling energetic you may also combine the days caching with GC1D995 “What’s our ING worth?”, an adjoining series of 10 caches along a circular route.
