Hydration Basics

The Outdoor magic website often publishes some useful tips for walkers. This week they have put out an article on the basics of keeping hydrated whilst out on the trail. As the weather hots up it’s vital that you take plenty of liquids (no alcholic of course) out with you or know where you can top up along the route. I noticed last week how my water intake increased in the hot weather as I walked the Leigh Loop in surrey (report to follow soon). Don’t forget your cannine friends as well, unless you know that you are going to pass reliable water sources make sure that you carry a bottle for them too!
